Griff`s Hamburgers in Bossier City

On this day it was the best hamburger I've had since the pandemic.

Griffs is a great, friendly burger joint. They've always been friendly with me and have great burgers. They are in the same price range as Whataburger and slightly better, if you're ok with slightly floppy and not crispy fries though.

Best fast food burgers in town

When I walked into this restaurant I got a retro vibe with plenty of open space and sunlight. The staff is friendly. The food came out fast. The place had a pretty good burger.i wouldn't mind coming back

Great tasting charbroiled hamburgers. Reminds me of some of the smaller burger joints I enjoyed growing up in the 90's.

I love griffs but this location not sanitary since this covid stuff . the employees wear the same gloves handling money and touching everything then touching your food and drink with the same gloves. On top of that in the drive threw you got to repeat yourself 5x's. Before they understand your order and still get it wrong plus cold old fries. I asked for a refund and the manager had no customer service experience or apologetic experience at all for his customer .

The orders of fried mushrooms is a 4th of the size now and cost more. Out of 6 hamburger ordered two were not right and 3 of them the meat was burnt. Have NEVER paid over 35 $ at this place before for so little. Nor have i been so disappointed.

They serve an excellent meal at a very fair price. They're also the only place around that I know of to get a great side of fried mushrooms!

I love coming home to Shreveport and enjoying a good Griffs burger. No burger in this world can compare!!!

This bossier location needs to close. I made my order repeated twice to the lady and SHE REPEATED it back to correctly so when I get my food it's all messed up then that same old lady wants to argue about the order. If I had not of just drove over 15 hours to get to Louisiana I would have argued back with her and asked for my money back luckily I didn't have it in me. Sorry location WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION

Absolutely great food! Little bit of a wait most of the time but it's usually worth it

It’s a homemade tasting burger from an actual FAST food establishment. Griff’s is one of the best parts of Shreveport Bossier!

Few things in life are better than a perfectly grilled burger, tasty onion rings and a beverage for cheap! This spot is great!

I wish I had photos, but this place is just in general, gross. Love the food but with the grossness, it just kills the experience and how much I would morally weigh the food. Don't @ me, I still like the food, best burger around but yikes 👀

The value of food vs price is one of the best parts about this place. I honestly don't eat here very often, but every time I do I'm reminded that I should.

I love this place! I can’t wait to go back. Their patties were thin and homemade. Fries were delicious too! So was their tea. So happy we found a good burger place in Shreveport-Bossier. Beats all the other chains hands down.

The fries tasted like cardboard. There was only lady that smiled said hi or spoke to us and it wasnt who took our order! Used to love Griff's now I wonder if I will be going back EVER!

Griff's on Minden Rd is the best. Food as very hot and fresh. I recommend the beer battered onion rings.

Great prices and nice looking fast food place

The food was great,theservice left alot to be desired. We waited in line for thirty, yes thirty minuets.Then our oder was taken. Griffis has always been a great place and service has been great but today at 1:30 was really lacking.

Best burgers around and a must when in town. Been going to griffs since I was a little girl and it still holds a big place in my heart from little dates with my dad. Love this place!

AMMAAZZIINNGG!! Just CAN'T BEAT GRIFFS!!! THE BEST Hamburgers! BEST/FRIENDLIEST Service!! LOVE that they have Steak Fingers with good'ol White Gravy!! Onion Rings are on point! Really good fries! A sweet staff member kept asking us if she could get us anything, got us refills before we could ask etc.! Just an all around GREAT experience!

This was a great place to go. My husband surprised me and we stopped by. The shakes were amazing as well as the burgers and fries. This place lived up to the word around town. We will be back.

Didn't expect friendly service, its not Chic-fil-A. That was the norm for fast food. Haven't eaten here in over 3years but it is still delicious and they made to order. Still a great value for price.

Griff's Hamburgers has some of the BEST burgers. If you want a burger from a fast food restaurant, and you're tired of the McDonalds or Burger King "taste" (and many other fast food restaurants), go try Griff's. There is one location in Bossier, and one in Shreveport. The food at both locations is great!

I drive all the way from Ohio to visit family in the area and the one thing that is a must is Griff's. They never disappoint.

Place looks fairly rundown, but has great food. I've never had a bad experience there. They can get a long line during their busy times, but worth the wait

Very long wait for cold food that wasnt right. Left fried mushrooms out of my order and had a problem fixing it.

Asked for a number one all the way with mayo and I just got globs of mayo!!
